Mr. Ravi Sud
Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sud has around thirty five years of experience primarily in automotive industry. He is responsible for finance functions at Hero MotoCorp Ltd. He also serves as the Financial Advisor of Hero FinCorp Ltd. Prior to Hero MotoCorp, he served as General Manager Corporate Finance at Eicher Goodearth Ltd.

Mr. Sud is widely respected as one of the leading CFOs in the country and has won the prestigious CFO of the year award more than seven times apart from a number of other awards and accolades. He is also on advisory council of a number of institutes.

A very widely traveled Mr. Sud is a B.Com. (Hons.) with PGDM from IIM Ahemdabad. He also holds FCS, AICWA and is also an associate of ICWAI.

Mr. Anil Dua
Sr. Vice President - Marketing and Sales

Mr. Dua is is responsible for Hero MotoCorp's entire gamut of marketing and advertising execution, sales growth and extensive dealer network, exports, after-sales operations and the spare parts business. Under his leadership the company has refreshed and built the largest range of motorcycles in India, including new successful brands of CD Dlx, Glamour, CBZ Xtreme, Hunk, Pleasure and Karizma ZMR.

Prior to joining Hero MotoCorp, Mr.Dua has worked in multinational giants like Unilever and Gillette. He started his career as a management trainee with Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and worked in various capacities across businesses. He was associated with launch of staple foods business of Hindustan Unilever and the brand Annapurna. After one and a half decade with HUL, he moved to Gillette as Director, Strategy for India & South Asia.

Mr. Dua is a respected thought leader in the industry .He is an active participant at different forums like CII, SIAM, FADA & FICCI. He is also the Chairman of Retail Council of Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers. He is credited for bringing a revolution in automobile advertising in India for which he has received several awards including - Pitch Exchange for Media -India's Top Marketers award -2009 & The CMO council Best CMO of the year (Automobile Two wheeler category) by the World Brand Congress - CMO council.

A global traveler, Mr. Dua is an Engineer from IIT, Delhi and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Vikram Kasbekar
Sr. Vice President and Head of Operations & Supply Chain

Mr. Kasbekar is responsible for Hero MotoCorp's entire gamut of plant operations and supply chain.

Mr. Kasbekar is a B.Tech. (Mech.) from IIT Chennai

Dr. Anadi S. Pande
Vice President (HRM, Corporate Planning & Strategy)

Dr.Anadi Pande spearheads Hero MotoCorp's HR, Corporate Planning & Strategy functions.

Mr. Vijay Sethi
Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Mr. Sethi is responsible for Information Systems function in the company. Mr. Sethi has more than twenty three years of experience in industry and consulting environment and prior to Hero MotoCorp Ltd. he has worked with M/s Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and M/s Tata Consultancy Services. He has extensive experience in development and deployment of IT strategy, systems and integration projects for Global M&As.

One of the India’s top 5 Most Respected CIOs, Mr. Sethi has won several prestigious awards and recognitions including Global CIO, Global CIO Hall of fame, CIO of the year, CIO Hall of Fame, CIO Super League, Champion CIO, India’s Best CIO and India’s Best IT Manager.

Mr. Sethi is also a member of various national forums including National IT and ITeS committee of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), CII Knowledge Council and is also Co Chairman of the IT committee of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and is also a Board member of SAP India User Group (INDUS ). He is also a jury member for many of the leading IT and telecom awards in India and is on advisory councils of several leading organizations.

Mr. Sethi holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Materials Management and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Apart from this he has attended leadership programs organized by leading global institutes including Harvard Business School, Indian School of Business and also has a number of certifications in various areas of management and IT.

Mr. Neeraj Mathur
Vice President- Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Management

Mr. Mathur has more than thirty years of experience in automotive industry. He has worked for Multinational large automotive companies on various Regional & Global assignments for most of his career. Prior to joining Hero Motocorp in 2009, he has worked with leading automotive companies including M/s Escorts Limited, M/s Maruti Udyog Limited and Delphi Corporation.

Mr. Mathur is responsible for purchase of over $ 3.0 Billion for the world largest Motor Cycle manufacturer and leads a team of over 250 professionals covering Strategic sourcing, Inbound logistics, Supplier Development, Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Up gradation and Materials Management. He leads Global Sourcing, New Product Development and Technology enhancement of local suppliers. He is also responsible for developing new alliances with global suppliers to enhance Hero MotoCorp’s strategic sourcing proposition.

Mr Mathur is a mature, experienced Supply Chain Management professional with broad international experience who fits well into many different diverse cultures both professionally and personally. He is well respected for his "down to earth" get things done attitude, uncompromising integrity, love of diversity and fun attitude.

Mr. Mathur is well travelled from both business and personal perspective in Asia, North America, Mexico & Europe.

Mr. Mathur is a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Mr. Harjeet Singh
Vice President and Head R&D

Mr. Singh has more than thirty two years of experience in automotive industry. He started his career with Escorts Ltd ( in Motorcycle and Scooter Division) and worked for 9 yrs on Yamaha Projects , Design / Development and Localization Approval. Then in 1988 he joined Hero Honda in R&D. Over the years he has worked on Various New Product Development Projects as LPL and is now working as Vice President (R&D).

Mr. Singh is a well known figure in the automotive R&D sector and is the chairman of the two Wheeler Technical Committee of SIAM and was President-SAFE (Society of Automotive Fitness and Environment) for two years 2008-10 and Vice President 2006-08 (SAFE is SIAM initiative at national level to create awareness among common people on Environment and road Safety issues)

He is widely traveled and has presented many Technical Papers at National and International Conferences.

Mr. Singh is a B.Tech (Mechanical Engg) from IIT-Kanpur. He has also attended number of training programs organized by leading institutes.
