Ek Pahal -center Launch

Ek Pahal  is about making Women Self Reliant and thus empowered by teaching them 2 wheeler riding skills, under this initiative Hero MotoCorp is developing 12 Women Industrial Training Institute ( ITIs) in Haryana.

Taking the initiative forward Two centres were launched at Mahendragarh and Narnaul taking the total centre in Haryana to 6 centre. 

These Two wheeler riding centre would provide training free of cost. The training will have 20 Hrs of theory and minimum 40 Hrs of practical training spread over a month. We are also having bicycles for those girls who do not know even cycling to first teach them balancing before starting 2 wheeler training.  

Our overall objective is that a systematic learning of riding two wheeler will not only make them independent, but would also add a new dimension to their life by creating new opportunities which would help in our endeavour of making women empowered.
