Csr Activities At Haridwar

 Misraas Patti in Dehradun which became India's First Gram-Panchayat which is fully LED powered Gram-Panchayat with all houses having only LED Lamps was completed, the project also covered

28 villages with 12727 households in three districts of Uttarakhand viz. Haridwar, Dehradun and Uttarkashi. In addition, 560 Solar Street Lights were also provided in 4 villages. 

Dr. Rajendra Dhobal - Director General Uttarakhand State Council For Science And Technology Vigyan Dham, Dehradun, Mr. Dhirendra Panwar OSD to CM and various Government officials of Education and other departments, sarpanches, panches, parents and students were present during the culmination event  at Doiwala in Uttarakhand where the full LED enablement of last village of this phase was done. Mr Mukesh Goyal from Haridwar plant was also present.

 As per computations done by Government of Uttarakhand, this will save 1.03 Crores units of electricity per year, For this, Uttarakhand Government for Energy Conservation gave us a certificate of appreciation today. 

All these lamps were made by locals in Uttarakhand and lot of people esp. women were trained on how to make LED lamps. This helped in employment generation for more than 100 people. 

Handing over of Govt. Primary School Keshvpuri Doiwala Dehradun were also done after complete renovation and upgradation to School Management Committee. 430 Students are studying there with more than 50% being girls.
