Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as T&Cs) for Mystic Mustang Expedition (hereinafter referred to as “Expedition”)

• Hero MotoCorp Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HMCL”) is organizing a motorcycling expedition called “Mystic Mustang” which is a long-distance, international multi-day adventurous journey between India and Nepal through rugged, perhaps mystical or untamed, terrains, often highlighting the capability of the bikes.
• The Expedition is organized from November 4, 2025 to November 16, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “Expedition Period”).
• Participation in this Expedition is purely voluntary. By participating in this Expedition, a participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Expedition.
• Eligibility to participate in the Expedition:
  • Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable laws of India;
  • Must have attained the age of 18 and a valid driving license;
  • Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit for participating;
  • Meet any additional eligibility requirements specified by HMCL.
• Registration and participation procedure of the Expedition:
  • Participants has to participate via clicking on the link or QR code provided through SMS, advertised on social media, available on HMCL’s website (https://www.heromotocorp.com/en-in/rides-and-community-events.html); or
  • Participants’ fills out a form to apply for the Expedition (hereinafter referred as “Registration Form”) via entering their details such as name, mobile number, email id, address, age, gender, driving license no., driving license copy, Instagram account link, along few other questions, XClan membership and no., GoodLife membership [i.e. whoever has registered under HMCL’s GoodLife Program, and their membership is live as on date of participation], passport size photo, emergency contact no., t-shirt size, blood group, medical history, allergies etc;
  • Upon receiving the Registration Forms from Participants, HMCL team will review the Registration Forms submitted by the Participants, shortlist and select a few Participants;
  • October 18, 2025, is the final date for registration, but it could close earlier without notice if all available spots are taken before then;
  • HMCL team will reach out to the eligible Participants with the next step i.e. invite them for the submission of Expedition fee i.e. INR 84,499/-+taxes via a payment link;
  • Participants are required to submit the Expedition fee within 48 hours of invitation after which the payment link will expire;
  • After successful payment, Participants will then receive a confirmation of their entry into the Expedition.
• Participants must adhere to the following:
  • Participants needs to bring their riding safety gears which will be scrutinized by HMCL;
  • Participants need to submit their high altitude test result till October 26, 2025;
  • Participants should reach Gorakhpur on 4th November, 2025. Additional details will be communicated post payment of the Expedition fee;
  • Follow the itinerary provided by HMCL as well as instructions by guide;
  • Act responsibly and respect local customs, the environment and fellow participants;
  • Refrain from any behavior that could endanger self or others.
  • Not consume alcohol or drugs during the Expedition;
  • Carry all necessary vehicle documents (such as driving license), obey traffic signals, park only in designated areas, and avoid using mobile phones while driving to ensure safety and avoid legal penalties.
• HMCL reserves the right to decline / cancel the participation if:
  • The medical condition of Participant is not allowing the participation;
  • Failure to make the payment of Expedition fee within the specified time;
  • Participants behaves inappropriately or violates safety instructions, or does not adhere to code of conduct as discussed in this T&Cs without any refund.
• Cancellation by Participants:
  • Cancellation must be made in writing to ridesteam@heromotocorp.com;
  • There will be no refund in case of any cancellation of participation.
• Filling out the Registration Form does not guarantee a seat in the expedition. It is solely an expression of interest.
• If any Participant hides their medical condition, and the same worsens during the Expedition, HMCL will not be held responsible.
• All Expedition-related communications will be through SMS or call on Participants registered numbers or via email on Participants email id.
• Expedition fee is non-refundable, non-reschedulable, and non-transferable.
• All images, graphics, or media used in communications, promotions, or brochures are for representation purposes only.
• HMCL reserves the right to modify/postpone/cancel event/date/plans in response to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, insufficient participation, force majeure events, state regulations, or other factors beyond its control. HMCL and/or their directors/officers will not be responsible for circumstances beyond their control, which hinder the completion of the Expedition.
• HMCL will be providing the following:
  • All riding bikes as well as fuel for the bikes for Expedition, during the Expedition Period;
  • Accommodation and all planned meals during the Expedition Period. Additional details will be communicated post payment of the Expedition fee;
  • All necessary travel permissions and its expenses, for Expedition;
  • All spare parts;
  • Basic Medical Support.
• HMCL will not be providing:
  • Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their round-trip travel to Gorakhpur.
  • Cost of any personal expenses incurred by participants during the expedition, under any circumstances;
• If there are any changes with respect to the Expedition, HMCL will notify the Participants as soon as possible before or during the trip.
• In case of any issue, Participants may report them to ridesteam@heromotocorp.com during Expedition after which no complaints will be entertained.
• In case of any complaint regarding third–party services, HMCL will not be answerable or held responsible.
• HMCL reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found engaging in fraudulent or unfair practices. Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the Expedition mechanism will lead to immediate disqualification.
• The decision of HMCL with respect to procedure (detailed above), Expedition, Participants/data selection and on all aspects of Expedition shall be final and binding.
• HMCL will be capturing the whole Expedition through videos and photographs.
• While filing out the Registration Form, Participants, by giving consent to HMCL to use their personal data –
  • waive all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights;
  • consents to HMCL's right to tag, notify, picture, tape or portray him/her, and to exhibit this material in any and all media, advertisement now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation internet, television, film, radio and print media, without any compensation whatsoever for an indefinite period for advertising and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law.
  • consents to HMCL's to use his/her name, or picture.

• Participants acknowledge that information on social media is freely accessible around the world and that further use of any personal information or photos of Participants by third parties cannot be ruled out as a result thereto. Accordingly, Participants abrogate HMCL from all responsibility and will not hold them liable for use of said pictures and other details by any third party.

• Any personal information relating to Participant(s) will be used in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Also, HMCL’s Privacy Policy can be accessed here.
• In case of any dispute regarding the Expedition, participants agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably by contacting ridesteam@heromotocorp.com HMCL at The Grand Plaza, Plot No. 2, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj - Phase -II, New Delhi - 110070, India. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
