Once you fill the registration form, our team will review your profile, your riding experience, Xclan membership status, etc. Once the team determines you are a good fit, we will connect with you for details and payment process. After the payment is completed, you'll be officially onboarded.
5. What documents are required to participate in the expedition ride?
All participants must carry two passport-size photographs, physical and soft copies of their Aadhaar card, and driving licence. (Please keep two scanned physical copies of all documents.).
6. Do I have to pay for the permits during the expedition ride?
No, Hero MotoCorp will handle all necessary permits, which are included in the registration fee.
7. Do I need to carry my riding gear for this expedition ride?
Yes, all participants must carry their own necessary riding gear for the expedition ride.
8. Is pillion riding allowed?
No, pillion riding is not allowed on this expedition
9. Is there any indemnity bond that I need to sign?
Yes, all the participants must sign the indemnity bond that will be shared us.

- To cancel registration, participants must email ridesteam@heromotocorp.com. Please note that cancellations do not qualify for a refund and serve only as formal notification to the organizers.
CANCELLATION BY HERO MOTOCORP
- Hero MotoCorp reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, insufficient participation, or other factors beyond its control.
- If Hero MotoCorp cancels the expedition, participants will receive a full refund.
- Hero MotoCorp will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants under any circumstances.
